Could easily do this sort of thing in Wolf Lane if the existing shops weren't just high-end. We need variety.

The scale of this alley reminds me of Brick Lane in London - there could easily be picnic benches around, bars, food stalls, galleries, clothes shops...all spilling out on to the lane. We just need to restrict service vehicles and cars to certain times.
