Lots of kids visit the cultural precinct.
Some large sculptures they can climb on like a giant dinosaur or spraying water feature would be good. Add some excitement to ths place

The water feature / pond does not work and it must cost a fortune to maintain. Instead, it could be turned into a cafe courtyard with a couple of cafe kiosks and garden with umbrellas etc for comfortable outside dining/studying. The place is sheltered from wind and still gets winter sun.
Loose furniture/ tables and chairs that can be moved and stacked at the end of the day. The kiosk can close up and move to one side so the space can return to an amphitheatre as required.

Could the Library have outdoor seating for their cafe and wifi? The lobby of the library is always crammed with students using the wifi and the cafe is busy during the day. Be great to have this activity out in the publi realm.

Be great if the Art Gallery gift shop addressed the public areas rather than being closed off. Would add a level of vibrancy and activity to this place.
