The car park at the end of Oxford St is prime real estate. By continuing the row of cafes and shops, low rise office space could pay for for development and compensate the car park owners. There'd be an impact on parking but there's a lot of parking still and the train station.

The Saturday market ehre is brilliant! Council should support it more!
